What is a concurrent connection?

A concurrent connection is a single user connection. Typically, users have one connection open, but opening multiple browsers or tabs can create additional connections.

How many monthly active users are within my plan?

Every plan (including the free plan) comes with an unlimited amount of monthly active users (MAUs).

What happens if I exceed the pricing plan limits?

No need to stress. If you go over your limits, we'll send you an email. You have seven days to upgrade before new chat users can't connect or send messages. Users within your previous plan limit will always be able to use the chat.

What are events?

Events include messages, join, and leave actions. Every sent and delivered message or action counts as one event. For instance, if a user sends a message to 10 others, it's counted as 11 events.

How many chatrooms can I create?

Every plan (including the free plan) comes with an unlimited amount of chatrooms you can create.

Do plans have different features?

No, all plans, including the free one, offer the same set of features.
